The Mirus engineering team is looking to grow with the addition of an experienced seating design engineer to the technical leadership group.
We're looking to add a seating design engineer to the Engineering Team. You will be joining Mirus at an important phase of its on-going growth, and as such, this position would suit an experienced design engineer looking to take the next step in their engineering career.
Reporting to the Chief of the Office of Airworthiness, the Certification Engineer will support all aspects of the certification of Mirus seating products, ensuring that company designs are certified to EASA, FAA or National Authority regulations, and satisfy the customer contract specifications.
As the Quality Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that parts and processes comply with all customer, third party and regulatory requirements and for upholding the relevant strategies and objectives defined by the Quality Department.
As Production Manager you will be familiar with the aviation culture and comfortable operating within the demanding requirements of this sector. You will be commercially astute, driven to ensure factory targets and KPIs are met whilst ensuring the necessary procedures are rigorously followed.
The Stress and Structures Engineer will be responsible for supporting CAE activities by carrying out all phases of assigned CAE projects. This will involve finite element modelling, results review, hand calculations and report preparation covering both structural and occupant safety performance of Mirus products.
