Every seat manufactured by Mirus is designed and built to meet the requirements of the most demanding operational environments and to stay in-service for longer.

We are so confident in the reliability of our seats that every seat comes with our Mirus Care package as standard; which has amongst the most generous and transparent aftercare provisions in the aerospace world.

We value the relationships we build with our customers and believe this should not stop once the product is delivered. We believe that the best people to support our seats, both technically and for spare parts supply, is the company who designed and manufactured it. To deliver on the promises we make to our customers, we manage our own product support and aftermarket spares supply through our in-house Aftersales Team

Managing our own aftermarket product support through our dedicated product team — alongside stocks of the most common spare parts in various global locations for immediate dispatch — we’re able to provide minimal downtime and disruption for any airline when resolving enquiries at every level.

Mirus customers now also have full access to our online portal, to view and download technical documents relating to their seats.
