ABOUT THE ROLE

We are growing our Production team and have brand-new Production Technician roles available.

 

As a Production Technician this role will be involved in assisting all production areas, working to strict guidelines, and ensuring production deadlines are met efficiently by ensuring high levels of quality and traceability.

Our Production Technicians are very different to usual assembly or technician positions, they are challenging positions which can open doors to grow your skillset and experience in an ever-growing industry.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities will include:

  • To work in the assembly cells, producing finished seat assemblies
  • To work in the clean rooms, manufacturing carbon fibre mouldings
  • Work to assembly processes, as presented by the computer aided instructions

ABOUT THE PERSON

To be a successful candidate for this role you must be able to demonstrate the below attributes and skillsets:

  • A basic understanding of English – both written and verbally
  • Have pride in your work, paying attention to quality requirements
  • Previous assembly experience (product specific training will be given)
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to lean and highly self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
