Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

Are you a strong manufacturing engineer with a background in a highly regulated and/or serial production line manufacturing environment? As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of introducing new production lines and manufacturing processes across multiple programmes. You’ll lead a team of engineers to develop, optimise, and sustain efficient, compliant, and cost-effective production methods for new and existing aircraft seating products.

This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a technically strong engineer who can balance leadership, process ownership, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Engineer

Job Summary

At Mirus Aircraft Seating, we’re redefining performance seating for the aerospace industry. With cutting-edge design and precision engineering, we deliver high-quality, lightweight seating solutions to leading global aircraft manufacturers and operators.

Are you a detail-driven, process-focused purchasing professional with a passion for precision and performance? Mirus Aircraft Seating is expanding its Supply Chain function and we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially astute NPI Buyer to play a critical role in our exciting growth journey.

This position will sit at the heart of our New Product Introduction programmes, supporting the successful delivery of innovative aircraft seating solutions by managing sourcing strategy, controlling costs and mitigating supply risk. Working closely with Engineering, Project Management and Category teams, the NPI Buyer will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and help source and maintain a robust, high-quality and sustainable supply base.

This role is ideal for a buyer with NPI experience in aerospace / automotive procurement who wants to apply their skills to the fast-growing aircraft interiors sector.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

Are you a hands on manufacturing engineer with a background in a highly regulated and/or serial production & assembly line manufacturing environment? As our Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and optimising production and assembly lines for all our aircraft seating programmes for new and existing aircraft seating products as well supporting the day to day activities and running of our assembly production line. You’ll play a key role in introducing new products, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Working closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams, you will support both new product introduction (NPI), driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our production lines.
