Lead Manufacturing Engineer
Are you a strong manufacturing engineer with a background in a highly regulated and/or serial production line manufacturing environment? As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of introducing new production lines and manufacturing processes across multiple programmes. You’ll lead a team of engineers to develop, optimise, and sustain efficient, compliant, and cost-effective production methods for new and existing aircraft seating products.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a technically strong engineer who can balance leadership, process ownership, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with strong people management skills and experience within manufacturing to support and oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of materials and inventory management, maintaining high standards of inventory control and the smooth flow of goods in and out as well as supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
