Supply Chain NPI Programme Manager

Job Summary

At Mirus Aircraft Seating, we are redefining aircraft seating through innovation, precision engineering, and collaborative delivery. We are entering a major phase of growth, transitioning from a specialist engineering business into a full-scale OEM manufacturer. With this comes the challenge and opportunity of ensuring our new products are not only brilliantly designed, but also fully ready to be built, scaled, and delivered to customers worldwide.

As Supply Chain NPI Programme Manager, you will sit right at the centre of this transformation. Your role is to make sure that everything supply chain needs to successfully support a new product is in place before it hits production. That means working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning to ensure materials, suppliers, data, and processes are aligned and ready.

You’ll take ownership of supply chain readiness across new product introductions and customer programmes bringing clarity, structure, and pace to what can often be a complex and fast-moving environment. From ensuring Bills of Materials are accurate and complete, to coordinating supplier readiness and tracking programme milestones, you’ll play a key role in preventing issues before they impact production.

This is a highly visible, delivery-focused position where success is measured by how smoothly new products transition into manufacturing. It will suit someone who is naturally organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple teams—someone who can challenge, influence, and drive progress without losing sight of the detail.

If you enjoy being at the heart of programmes, solving problems before they arise, and turning plans into reality in a fast-paced engineering environment, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact.

Apply today and come on the journey with us.
