We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Finance Director to join our senior leadership team at Mirus Aircraft Seating. This is a pivotal role that will shape and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, sustainable growth, and sound financial performance as we continue our journey as a leading innovator in aircraft seating.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will work in close partnership with the Executive Team and shareholders to drive strategic decision-making, deliver commercial insight, and guide the business through its next phase of expansion. You will play a key role in supporting potential future corporate finance activities, including IPO readiness, while ensuring the financial infrastructure and reporting frameworks are robust, compliant, and aligned with our growth ambitions.
